The Stone Building is situated in beautiful Newport Beach, in the luxurious yet quaint community known as Balboa Island.  Minutes from the famous Balboa Island Ferry and Newport Harbor.  Local residents and vacationers can take advantage of the storage facilities and garages when available.   The storage facilities and garages are available as monthly rentals, however they are mostly rented long term by the local residents of Balboa Island and Newport Beach, because of their convenience.

Many locals rent garages on a monthly basis and use them on a yearly basis to securely store their extra vehicles, classic cars, motorcycles, boats and other valuable items.

Our three residential apartments are spacious, secure and very convenient for local living. These are almost always occupied on a long term basis.  Please  contact us  with any inquiries or questions.

A little history, The Stone Building was built in 1991 by Mr. David Max Stone, Entrepreneur, Real Estate Developer, Certified Real Estate Appraiser, Captain, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and long time Newport Beach Resident. 

Some of our tenants include The Balboa Island Museum, Hirsch Plumbing, Balboa Island, Newport Beach and surrounding area Residents and Milagro Computer.

Artrthur M. Fernandez is the new Resident Property Manager of The Stone Building.  Handyman Services by Alex Aguilar, Handyman Solutions.

Art grew up on Balboa island and Costa Mesa. He is a businessman, resident property managermusician and Music Products Dealer Zukulele Music.
